I was finally able to take my medication, which I couldn't buy due to supply issues.
Since I haven't been able to take it for several months, the side effects are currently quite strong, but they should return to normal after a few weeks.
These include nausea, heartburn, vomiting, reduced appetite, and headaches.
That's why I'm a bit slower than usual.
