Its finally over. Notkea ownership concluded

I am the owner of the character Notkea. In this journal I would like to clear a few things up regarding my character.
Notkea art
The status of currently existing Notkea art not owned directly by me is ok to post.
People may freely make use of Notkea in their art as long as Notkea is not in a submissive matter. (You can kinda tell that I prefer the character to be dominant)
Also no scat or waterworks (Firm on this matter)
Notkea inspired characters.
For owners of preexisting Notkea inspired designs ex. Kittykeas, I would like to meet up and get to know you before making any decision regarding this topic.
People free to make new Notkea inspired character designs as long as they get the ok from me before hand. I don't want the community to implode with new designs, but I am willing to listen and see how things will shape out.
