Zelda's backstory.
As I mentioned earlier, I adopted this character from a friend, and I’ve named them Zelda, which I feel suits them well. If anyone wants to create fan art of Zelda, they’re more than welcome to just let me know beforehand!
Zelda hails from a distant, hidden land between mountain ranges, where her ancient race of dragon warriors once guarded the "Heart of Aeon"an artifact controlling the balance of earth, wind, fire, and water. This powerful relic could create or destroy worlds, and after a cataclysm shattered it, the fragments were scattered. As one of the last of her kind, Zelda has trained her entire life to protect what's left of the artifact.
Though fierce and bold in battle, Zelda is also introspective, valuing patience and wisdom. She is deeply connected to nature and the elements, meditating near landmarks to recharge and focus. Gifted with strength, agility, flight, and limited elemental control, she channels fire through her breath and commands wind to enhance her speed.
Zelda's mission is to gather the scattered fragments of the Heart of Aeon before they fall into the wrong hands, but she carries the emotional burden of her ancestors’ failures. This often causes her to doubt her ability to succeed where they could not, making her torn between her roles as protector and warrior.
