I'm just very, very tired. Weighing heavy on what might be called my soul sort of tired. So I don't visit streams too much. Never been much more than a lurker beyond that either. o.o

True, but not as much as I'd like and would be available if I was feeling less tired/depressed.

I find what helps bring in new viewers is posting screenshots of what I'm working on and teasing curiosity a bit more. Make a meme out of it, even. Sometimes people get numb to seeing the same stream announcement art. You could also try posting a collage of examples and make it clear that you have slots open. There's something very enticing about paying for a comm slot and immediately starting work on it in stream.

For me personally, I don't really go to streams unless I have the funds to commission same day. I find streams and chats overwhelming so I just personally don't go out of my way to join. This goes for any stream, not just art really. It's simply not really something I enjoy doing these days (or ever really)

I like to watch from afar, look at stuff after it's uploaded. Most of the time when people stream I'm already working, sleeping, or otherwise busy anyway x3

I would agree with spotted there, making it clear you have stream comms and doing wip of what you are working on currently for an announcement has made me check into more than a few streams.

I sadly just haven't had much time to watch streams the last few years.

I was thinking about this a couple of months ago. Picarto feels really dead. I thought it was just me, but it's sad to see.

I guess Twitch is the place to go but, half the stuff most people stream here wouldn't vibe with it at all 🙃

in my case I'm usually at work when those streams happen and then by the time I'm home, I'm wasted.

I used to, then it got kind of demoralizing. Also, some of the attitudes didn't sit right with me.

I love joining art streams; unfortunately ive been super busy lately and with my bf near Milton ive been rather distracted from the art scene. But i would love to watch whenever you stream next! 🖤🖤

I've never done streams. I'm always too busy and my schedule never lines up. I always get commissions through notes instead.

I still like art streams but they are often just at inconvenient times for me due to work

I'd love to drop into your streams more regularly, but the last couple years have thoroughly kicked my butt. I'm hoping that it sorts itself out sooner rather n' later so I can start dropping by and throwing comms your way again more often! I hope things pick up for you. I never attend steams (really hated it the couple times an artist insisted I be there for a commission) so I'm not really who you're asking about.

I used to watch a lot of streams, now I pretty much just lurk around ones that owe me stuff to make sure work is still being done.
Regular streamer I used to watch decided to go do games and SFW on twitch.
Lots of my list of follows just kinda stopped streaming as well.

My work schedule precludes attending them. Since I work early, I have to go to bed early, meaning I end up missing evening ones and work through morning ones. :(

I come to streams on occasion, but because of my work schedule it can be hard, and I also just tend to lurk more than chatting :(

I try to show up, but when I’m following other artists who also stream it’s getting harder on me to be at every stream that I can make it to.

I’m sorry if I haven’t been making it to your streams but I do try to make it there for you. I really do enjoy your art.
