Hello, friends ^^
I have some good news and not so good news.
The good news is that I finally returned home after a long trip, where I had to help my mother with renovations and legal matters following my father's passing.
The bad news is that I was evicted from my rental apartment; the landlord started freaking out because I was away for a long time and didn't pay her on time. So instead of resting after the trip, I’m now looking for a new apartment and preparing to move.
All of this coincided with a lot of other unpleasant moments earlier, but I’m holding on~
UPD.
Don't worry about me too much. To tell the truth, that apartment has a lousy state and the neighbors were complete shit. Fucking alcoholics, plus cockroaches, bedbugs and mice that came from them to us. I was just too lazy to look for something else and move, but it's even better now~

wish I could help you
Didn't occur to your crap landlady to reach out to you in any capacity?!
Fuck...*hugs*
I guess it's always easier to judge than wave a magical fairy wand too. I know once as a poor college student there were a. couple apartment rentals and I noticed the same thing sometimes too. The cheapest places, even if it by a few dollars often tended to be a magnet for people down on life.
There's nothing wrong with being on your own and independent, but it might be like a twisted marshmallow experiment.
People who went to our cheapest apartments often ended up being alcoholics and drug addicts next to frugal or cheap people also trying to move out. Holes punched in walls in drunken anger, bottles thrown. People lashing out at others for how their own life turned out or catching up.
Not saying that's all the people there, just a unfortunate degree.
But like even reflecting over real life and life experiences and even fictional shows like Bojack horseman and Blitz of Helluva boss. Some people see the characters as comedy or cautious figures. Others see them as a reason to act however they want because their favorite fictional character does.
And I guess maybe some Rick from rick and morty. Some people do seem down in the dumps, others might want to throw the dump. But if its not your circus, it's not your problem.
Life throws too many reality checks these days. Better to be a mile ahead of the grinder than a foot in.
