So, it's possibly a torn ACL, but we still won't know for sure until my MRI which will happen in a couple weeks (the orthopedic specialist just did a simple physical exam). I can walk a little more normally now but I am moving at half speed. Still cannot bend knee backwards or twist too much. If it is a torn ACL I will definitely be having surgery to fix it because I need my legs at 100% for my mobility.

On the + side I've reached my insurance out-of-pocket deductible for the year so any further procedures are paid for.
