It's been a minute, hey? I hope if there's anyone still around that you're all doing well. I'm super sorry for disappearing for a while there but it's been a busy and very stressful year (I've been popping in here from time to time but lurking around. Haha). I won't get into it too much but there was a lot of moving involved and my industry is in kind of a weird period at the moment in regards to work. Pretty sure it is a long lasting effect of the writers strike that happened last year and being at the end of the animation pipeline means it takes a long time before work is available. I'm hoping things get better in the new year but everything is still unknown at this time. Fingers crossed for better times ahead.
I meant to keep up with updating art and I totally did not do that so my apologies! I will have to figure out where to even start and slowly get a move on that because hooboy am I very behind on my backlog of things. It's been on my to-do list for forever now and I'd better just roll up my sleeves and slowly make it happen. The CS group I'm in has been keeping me very happy and keeping me consistently drawing a lot of stuff for myself, so it's been an absolutely healthy place for my creativity. I will gradually upload all that stuff for you all to see (or maybe it will be big batches, depending on how I'm feeling). Feel like my art has been improving as well so I hope you will like the incoming art, even if a lot of it is focused on one particular favourite OC of mine. XD
There may also be a possibility that commissions may be coming back in very, very small batches at a time just to try to help with my bills. I'll try to be very careful and intersperse my own personal works in-between to try to make sure my love of drawing doesn't get drained again by solely committing to art for others like I have in the past. That may be coming up possibly as early as mid to late November, but you'll have to keep an eye open for slots via journals if I do. Feeling with the pressures of life, it is inevitable it will happen. ><
But enough about me, how are you guys doing? Miss this place. <3

Good to hear you are doing well. And yea, I had a feeling the strike would affect the animation team as well. Glad you are able to keep busy though.
I’ve been doing alright. It has been 4 years since I have been fully licensed, so that has been a roller coaster for me. But hopefully, I am settled in my current location for work. It’s been tiresome, but I still enjoy what I do.
Great to hear from ya again and hopefully we will get to see more stuff from you soon. (Secretly looking forward to you opening some comms again XD)
That's awesome you're still happy doing what you're doing. That sounds like you picked the right path for yourself. What about the work feels tiresome though? :0
Yes, I will try to figure out a way to gradually get things uploaded even if it's a little bit at at time. And it will also be really great to work with you again at some point if we can figure something out commission-wise, but it will have to be down the road whenever I am ready. Sometime in November is a tentative start but not set in stone yet but I'm almost certain it will have to happen at some point.
And it’s all good. Take your time. It’s always a pleasure brainstorming and coming up ideas with ya. Take care of what you need in your end first and the rest of the puzzle will just fall in place.

Aww that's sweet to hear! I'm doing alright!! I graduated in April and am now in the rather horrid process of job hunting x_x Wish me luck!
Graduated in April! Congratulations! Yes, finding the first job is always the hardest but I'm sure you'll be okay! You will hopefully find something soon. Are you still in Canada after your studies or did you go back to SG? owo
