But the election site is all set up, thanks to help from my contractor, and I'm mostly ready to go. What I fear most is someone coming in to be confrontational. I'm not good at People-ing and the idea of trying to de-escalate someone determined to be a jerk is just slightly terrifying.
I'm sure things will be fine. I am planning on giving the building's staff the numbers of the sheriff's department to call if someone starts something (in case someone's taking a swing at me, I can't exactly say "hang on. Let me call the cops and then you can punch me, sir.)

as an independent I understand harassment, since we are the most hated people in America because we refuse to bow to either sides rhetoric and will actually think on the issues and our vote instead of blindly following either sides blatant lies.
