In 2024:
Harris received 68 million votes.
Trump received 72 million votes.

Less than 2 million votes (~700K each) voted for the 2 Independents

In 2020, 155 Million Americans voted.
In 2024, only 140 Million Americans voted.

15 MILLION VOTERS STAYED HOME, and almost all of the balance of lost votes were Blue. Something happened to compel 15 million voters to stay home this year and let everyone else choose the fate of the country, and the world.

I'm not even american, I live in Russia (unfortunately........ not particularly happy with my country or government's decisions either.....) but America is so powerful and influential in the world that this election pretty much defines everyone's lives, not just American people. And it was so heartbreaking to learn the news, I was so sure it wouldn't happen, still can't believe it... Literally american people chose a convicted felon over a woman... Im so sorry for you and everyone that will see the consequences of these elections... At least we have community here. Do not despair, you have my sympathy and I still have hope for a better future for all of us, perhaps I can share some of it with you. I wish you all the best.
