Terms Of Service:
1. I, the artist, reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, with or without explanation. Full refunds will be issued if the commission has not been sketched, only 50% of the commission will be refunded if the commissioner cancels after a sketch has been finalized. No refunds will be granted once linework has been completed (except in Artist's Extenuating Circumstances).
2. Payment is due upfront and in ONE payment. Installments and late payments will NOT be accepted. Please make sure to have funds ready when inquiring/commissioning a slot.
3. All NSFW commissioners MUST be over 18 and I may require proof if I suspect you are a minor.
4. Turnaround time: My day job has irregular hours, so I must draw around those shifts. Please be patient if you do not get an immediate response through notes, and use my Telegram if you need to reach me urgently. All pieces will be done as quickly if possible with no more than a 30-day turn around.
5. I will NOT draw hardcore/extreme NSFW, or any hardcore/extreme fetishes, violence, or “non-con” scenarios. I reserve the right to reject a commission if the specific request makes me uncomfortable.
6. Character complexity may increase the overall cost of the commission. Excessive patterns, limbs, clothing items, or other complexities may incur additional fees.
7. Any creative changes not originally specified at the time of commission (details/poses/characters/situations) may incur additional costs if the original sketch is finalized.
8. The artist reserves the right to determine the stylistic approach/aesthetic or “look” of the commissioned artwork, as it will be rendered in the artist’s style. Reference provided by the commissioner will be utilized/followed as a guide in creating the artwork, but the commissioner MUST specify the preferred look when describing a commission. Please remember that even if a reference IS provided for a character, I have my own style that you are specifically commissioning.
9. A total of THREE (3) Work-In-Progress (WIP) updates will be sent for approval per phase of a rendered piece: Rough sketch phase, clean line art phase, and full color. Additional WIPs may be sent for particular commissions, or upon request (reasonably).
10. Once the Line Art phase of the commission is approved by the client, NO further changes can or will be made to the artwork upon entering the color phase. Further or additional alterations/changes to completed artwork will incur additional fees. >>>The only exceptions to this are if a) colors or design do not match or are not in line with the provided character ref sheet or b) if there is a significant portion of the art that is very clearly and obviously incorrect or incomplete (barring sketch commissions).
11. The final product will include two high resolution images. One will have a small watermark that does not hinder the original piece, and one will have a larger transparent watermark for posting and sharing.
12. You may request a "private commission" for an additional fee. This means I will not share WIPs or post the final product. Additionally, YOU may not share or post the final product. Artist reserves the rights to all finished products, regardless of private commission fees.
13. The artist reserves the right to use paid commissions on online galleries, discussions, and commission references unless a private commission fee has been paid. Discarded wips or elements may be used in future projects and YCHs.
Artist's Extenuating Circumstances: I am, unfortunately, chronically ill and disabled. I am working a day job in addition to these commissions, and I have my own life and hobbies outside of those two things. Life often gets in the way and I may need to cancel commissions if extenuating circumstances arise. I will communicate directly with the commissioner in these situations, and up to 50% of original price will be refunded, depending on work completion.
