Feeling a little melancholy today

Kinda had something happen yesterday that has me a little down. Sounds like a silly thing to say but I kinda got too deep into something that should have been just a game. Yesterday something went wrong and I lost all the progress I made. Now I kinda feel almost…bereaved in a way. Guilty too. Lacking in energy. Almost like a full on depressive episode. It’s easing off but I still don’t feel quite right yet. Hopefully I’ll bounce back soon.
