If nothing else, you could officially have your name added to the DNP (Do Not Post) list, which is enforced pretty diligently. I don't know if you actually need an account to do that, though.

Just backing up the DNP (Do Not Post) list, it actually is enforced. Sadly it's just imperfect though and stuff still gets through. I'd question why it is even still a thing in its current form. However, others being so off-putting led to this along with similar sites/copyright infringement basically. Still don't understand why any are allowed to do this at all truthfully.

I don't think DNP is their anymore I look for it but it's hard to find or they removed it.

The way I see it, you have 2 choices:
1. You can continue to fight against your artwork getting uploaded there, and keep dealing with that.
2. Accept that there is apparently a demand for it there, and embrace that as another frontier of exposure, and use it to help promote yourself.

You have to request the admins to put you on the list of "Don't post of my artworks rule".
I remember few years ago when someone post of someone i know in e621. Later that artist ask e621 to make it forbidden to post there and it taken all down artworks with that name
