Professional branding is big and that's not just counting what name you consider yourself to be, you have such a solid following it isn't a concern about finding work. So take the time to build it up. There are apps too that can help post your backlog over I believe too if you wanted. But at least starting to copy posts there from now on would be enough to get going.

One of these days, FA will offer a renaming service but it's not going to be well until the new changes stabilize.

I'd say go for it. I moved over to this account because it fit more with my YouTube name Spoopy Gamer. Which is funny cause soon ill be rebranding to Spoopy After Dark. Anyways I still have my old account Noah_Bkack since it'll be used for all art of my secondary mascot Jupiter.

Go for it. You've got a huge log of art you can post slowly to rebuild your viewers that don't notice the initial change.

To be honest, I've been mulling over the idea of doing that myself... at the same time, I really, REALLY don't want to have to port over the good part of nearly 3,000 submissions X'3 I know one of the planned FA+ perks is renaming your account, so I'm holding out on that!

I let go of my old account when I transitioned because the name I had chosen for it simply no longer suited me or reflected my identity and there is currently no means by which to change usernames.

So I say if changing accounts because a new name or account reflects who you are or how you identify makes you happier, then go for it! You deserve that happiness! ^^
