You might want to reconsider that, their terms of service states that any artwork you post on their site they can claim copyright ownership to and use to make money for them without paying compensation to the artist.

You did not link to the actual bluesky terms of service, you linked to somebody --with a paid twitter account, and trying to get elon musk to notice them-- paraphrasing the bluesky terms of service, presumably, and selectively interpreting it, and that sort of interpretation has gone around about websites long before bluesky. I would certainly prefer for lawyers to write those "agreements" differently, but it never turns out to mean what this says it does.

If you're talking about Bluesky, a lot of social media sites have some sort of rule in their TOS that gives them permission basically to have it shared on the site itself with reblogs or be modified with resizing etc. It doesn't mean they're going to use my artwork for any purpose outside of the site.

X/Twitter on the other hand are actively trying to scrape your data for AI junk, but my art's been on the internet so long at this point, if it's going to be scraped it's already happened.
