my FA account was not hacked, but something much worse, an email address, I use several for security and they hacked my email where I have all my art accounts, I guess they managed to enter because they found my password, which was very old because I am not to register or enter strange pages there.

I came here mostly to seek advice, this hacker seems to have attacked several people since in the outlook community I saw that several people were attacked with the same message they sent, trying to extort me to steal money.

I changed the password 2 times, I managed to recover the account but it does not end here, I guess the person who hacked me is trying to enter my email again and with both password changes is not succeeding, but my email is being blocked for “failed password attempts”.

these attempts do not come from me, I have already sent an email recovery form and other methods but the only solution would be to change the password, which I have done but it is still blocked, it has been 3 days and I am getting desperate.

The strange thing about the situation is that I did a follow up and an outlook page mentions that I could enter my email, but I can not, except from my cell phone, I do not know why. what is frustrating me is that I can not enter my email from my computer to any place that involves opening it, or to my minecraft account, I put the password but I just get “error”.

I don't know what to do or if I should wait a while for the attack to stop a little, or change the password again, but I'm afraid that if I do I can no longer enter or from my cell phone to that email, I guess I'm just looking for advice if someone went through this.
