Hey all! For my first journal on here, I wanted to announce a small project I'm working on. You might've seen Derby and Trina on this account (The Mouse and Cat characters) and I'm excited to say that I'm going to be writing and creating a one-shot comic starring them and their messy, sexy, and complicated situationship. Working title for the project is currently "Bite the Beat." This project will be very self-indulgent and more of a casual project for me to work on in tandem with my actual biweekly serialized webcomic (which I like to keep separate from these accounts just for the sake that I don't wish for my more rique content to be mixed with my other online presence)

Kind of the basis for this story will be a reverse play on class disparity through the lense of an unconventional BDSM dynamic, where the power dynamic is opposite of what you would expect. The rich, suave, charismatic character is the sub, and the quiet, anxious, impoverished character is the dom. My current plan is to create two versions of this comic. One will be the uncut, NSFW version of the comic which will include (as of the current stage of writing) three extra NSFW scenes. The second will be a cut version that will leave these scenes implied, meant for readers who want to read the story but don't want to read the *porn* parts haha. This second version will still include mature subject matter, but will just censor all explicate scenes of sex and nudity.

I also wanted to write something NSFW that included a gender dynamic I tend not to see much, which is a Cis Woman/Trans Masculine coupling. As a Trans Masculine person myself, I want to contribute to more representation on the sexual frustrations and nuances that may come with this dynamic.
