As someone who just started trying to use Blender in September, Kaide Art on YouTube might be a good place to start, watching him make models from scratch has helped me get a good understanding on how to make bodies (although they're not a tutorial).

I'm not really familiar with Blender. But if you're looking for courses, I suggest checking Udemy.com. It's an online tutorial website, and it's Black Friday, so the tutorials will be cheap if you want to find a good course.

I tried to get into a blender a while ago and I found Blender Guru's series on making a donut helpful as he toke his time explaining each step in a video. which also is helpful for finding the step you need help on. more useful for basic objects as you can guess and photos though.
