Some TF game dev spitballing, fishing for thoughts

I'll admit, I've been all over the place trying to think of what I want the big project to work on is. The poker game was fun, but as mentioned, wasn't really sure where else to go from it. The AI playstyles could be as varied as imagined without breaking the modding stuff xP
The main themes I seem to be drawn on and want to include into the next thing, is probably gonna be themed around deities and using their powers and spells to change each other, with maybe a sacrifice or two along the way. (God of Unity with absorbs, God of Order with twinning, God of Nature with animal/tree stuff etc)
So far, been considering some gameplay loops for it, either
- a casual 'number go up' idle game with a focus on resource farming and base building,
- an autobattler focused around wizard line battles with status effects and spells,
- training a 'champion' with minigame dungeons and wizard duels,
or maybe something else no one has come up with yet x.x
(platformers are a bit too common imo, and an RPGs are difficult and a solo job would be an overwhelming task)
What I'm asking folks is if there's a specific kind of tf stuff you'd wanna see, that's not wholly explicit? Whether based around a deity or spell interactions with the above concepts.
Before you ask, yes, I might put in some cameos from Dream of Change, likely Yume and the dealers. maybe others.

What if the champion, in between fights could get changed by deities and that would have a positive/negative affect on the minigames/duel based on the matchup, with each transformation affecting the duels in a certain way. Definitely would consider species swaps/species specific deities maybe?
And it'd depend, since I imagine different champions of different deities doing different stuff to each other xP
