I’m writing this journal to give you some news about myself and the things to come here.

Commissions delayed until next year

In the previous journal, I mentioned that I would open commissions for the end of the year; it turned out that it would be a bit too tight for me. To summarize it quickly, I’ve got many family and friend meetings during the month, and thus I won’t have a lot of time for myself or to properly work on commissions/artworks. So, I prefer to plan it for next year. I can’t tell yet whether the prices will change or not, but even if they do, it won’t be by a lot.

Next muscle comic

Okay, I teased it in the last journal, and I’ll start posting it this Sunday, December the 1st! Unlike The Science of Bigness, I’m thinking about posting a page every three weeks, so I don’t have a tight timeline like I did with the Umbreon one. Yeah, that was sometimes panic onboard with this one and I don’t want to repeat it to not overwork my shoulder one more time. Again, this one won’t feature muscle growth and will be mostly focused on feats of strength. I’ll be back to growth with another one in the future though!

So, I visited New York

Finally, I have visited the United States! Or rather a small portion of it. Or a tiny itty-bitty part of it. Yeah, I know the country is big, and maybe I should have posted my thoughts about my trip earlier, but I was very busy forgetting about doing this. New York City is big, very diverse, super expensive, and nice to walk in! Surprisingly, we had difficulties with the things we thought would be easy (thinking about making a reservation at some observatories, even though it was only one), and the things we thought would be hard were easy. Literally, even though we waited quite a long time at customs, the agent somewhat made it very fast for us; so, we could die of jet lag upon arrival at the hotel. Fortunately, we died even more of jet lag when we were back in France. Not falling asleep was a challenge I failed on the last train, good thing my friend woke up on time or we were back in Paris. And just like my first time in Switzerland, I fell super sick in New York. I guess the city literally made me speechless or something.
No idea when we’ll be back here next time, but we might cross the entire country for our second time. However, my next trip abroad will be to Germany to visit a friend!

Alright, that’s pretty much all I have to say! On my side, I’ll keep working on this year’s Christmas artwork, hoping this one won’t be rushed like the one I did last year.
