We have all been saying for you to upload the art you have if you want a way to get out of the trouble you are in. (also there are plenty of websites and even mobile apps that will convert any image file to jpeg)

Did you miss the part where  moonstone talked about being half a million dollars in debt from dealing with the prolonged sickness and death of her partner? Correct me if I'm wrong, but she doesn't owe you a penny. She doesn't have to "grasp" for a reason, but she's trying to give you viable alternatives even if they don't involve sending money (or if the money you get falls short).

Incidentally, you should figure out where you stand on eligibility requirements to apply for the California Lifeline assistance program. The State of California offers free or discounted phone coverage to low-income residents. The baked-in data cap for the free plan is a little restrictive and added data rates aren't great, but it should still come out quite a bit cheaper if you're judicious about hopping onto wifi where available.

Boost Mobile offers a CA Lifeline plan through their sister company, Gen Mobile; talk to them and see what your options are.
