Energy Independence, Stalker, Urgent Commissions!
Hello, my darlings!💖
Did you miss me? Me too.
Oh, it seems this is turning into an unpleasant tradition: I`m jumping out of the bushes every couple of months (or longer?) to drop a wall of text on you... Well, if so, let’s call it a feature, not a bug.
I have lots of good news to share, but first, you’ll need to endure a bit of reflection :)
I don't know, it's hard, I’ve started to get used to the fact that life is just work. Slow and monotonous, with occasional flashes of light, empty pockets paired with daily challenges and overwhelming tasks. A bad back and tired hands. But I got used to the war, too. Like bad weather and depressive feelings in autumn — it should have passed with the seasons, but here I am, not realizing it’s winter already. That constant background noise, keeping you tense and irritated, with no way to shut it off.
I'm already tired of getting used to this kind of crap.
Waiting for American permission to rest and peace. I’ve already dug my metaphorically “resting hole,” and occasionally crawl in to lie down—closer to my roots, you know. But don’t worry, I’m alive and fine. Psychiatrists, keep your hands visible!
My jokes may have gotten darker, but that’s normal when living in a never-ending post-apocalyptic setting. You do what you can to survive: gather resources, stockpile canned goods, make your bunker cozier, and occasionally wrestle some random woman for the last generator at the store. Everyone has a basement for hiding and alternative energy sources to suit their tastes. Outside, it’s cold and bleak, people’s faces are tired, and their thoughts are heavy. Meanwhile, the best among us are on the frontlines, defending against an endless horde of zombies, giving every Ukrainian the chance to keep riding this emotional rollercoaster.
Honestly, with our survival skills, we’d probably handle a nuclear apocalypse just fine. Bring it on; the chaos around here just isn’t chaotic enough yet, haha.
By the way, have you played Stalker yet? It’s phenomenal☢️☢️☢️
I know I’m late to the hype train, but better late than never, right? It’s an incredible game—people are still talking about it, and I’m sure they will for a long time.
I’m so proud to live in the same country as such talented people. Stalker is our cultural bomb—a legacy left in the crater of another downed ru**ian intercontinental ballistic missile.
This game is intense and haunting, with stunning moments of soulfulness and eerie beauty. You can feel the Zone breathing, sense the energy in every detail, and immerse yourself in the Ukrainian spirit and charm that feels so comforting and familiar. This isn’t just a game—it was born out of pain, horror, constant challenges, and attempts at destruction. Yet, alongside all that, it’s a testament to the awakening of powerful national consciousness, motivation, and resistance.
If you haven’t yet, I highly recommend watching the documentary about the making of Stalker. It adds another layer to the experience.
For me, Stalker is more than a game. Before the full-scale invasion, I was into airsoft and participated in Stalker-themed role-playing games. It’s something nostalgic and deeply meaningful from my previous life. Reminder of better times, where explosions underfoot weren’t real, and after “dying,” you could rest at the bar before heading back to base, where your friends had already managed to feed a bloodsucker with field rations.
For me, Stalker is history.
And now, it’s also a few amazing YCHes I’ve made for you:
I urgently need new commissions. I’m completely out of money and really hoping for your support. If Stalker isn’t your thing, no worries I’ve got some festive Christmas-themed pieces below. (I know Christmas is just around the corner — I’m working as fast as I can, I swear! aaa)
To make this as efficient as possible for all of us, I’ve chosen a sketch format with fixed pricing. I can create sketches relatively quickly, and there’s a chance I can squeeze in a few outside the main queue.
As you might have noticed from the frequency of my posts, I barely have time for anything and have buried myself in work so deeply that I have to sacrifice my social life just to gain an extra minute. I still have a massive backlog of orders from previous months, and they’re slow and hard to complete. I’ve trapped myself again in a cycle where the sheer volume of old orders leaves no time to take on new ones, even for a brief distraction. Meanwhile, money is running out at a terrifying speed. At the end of each month, I panic and scramble to make ends meet. In November, I didn’t take a single new order and only survived thanks to additional income. Slowly but surely, I’m trying to dig myself out of this mess, and I hope I can do it.
Now, the most important personal news:
I AM FINALLY FULL ENERGY-INDEPENDENT!⚡⚡⚡
rU**IANS TERRORISTS, SUCK MY ASS! YOUR ATTACKS ON OUR ENERGY SYSTEM ARE AS PATHETIC AND WOTHLESS AS YOU ARE!
It was nerve-wracking and ridiculously expensive, but it was worth every bit. Now I hope I’ll be able to work faster. The blackouts were one of the reasons for the delays, but the worst has been the total exhaustion and burnout. I’m really trying to fix this.
Of course, there were issues. My dad really set me up — I lost a lot of time thinking he was handling the situation. The savings started to run out, attacks on energy infrastructure continued, and demand skyrocketed. I barely managed to jump into a window of opportunity. It ended up being much more expensive, and I could only manage it thanks to donations.
Still, I had no choice but to buy on credit, which means I’ll soon have to pay it off. While I don’t yet have the full amount, I’m less worried because the most important thing is having electricity here and now to work steadily and not spiral into even more stress.
Thank you to the fucking ru**ians for making me spend insane amounts of money on things I already had before they started terrorizing us…
The inverter works like a charm, the fiber-optic internet is finally installed, and the only issue left is heating. It cuts out during blackouts and takes forever to come back, so I’m dressed like an onion and running the AC to stay warm. Still caught a cold, though, but what can you do?
Winter is outside, winter is inside... Oh, haha, it’s already winter. The relentless carousel of madness — wasn’t it just summer? And suddenly Christmas is less than a week away! Time flies, doesn’t it?
I prepared some things last year that I didn’t finish in time and saved for the future... Oops, even for me, that’s a bit of a delay😅 *nervous laugh*
But the festive spirit lasts well beyond Christmas, so these YCHs will still be relevant for a while. Grab them while they’re fresh!
By the way, my birthday’s coming up soon, so if you’re thinking about commissioning me, now’s the perfect time (yes, I’m shamelessly plugging).

Also, a special offer: a new fast art style! A lineless sketch!🎨
It’s almost a full render but less detailed, smoother, and lighter. I’d even say more alive. Detailing takes a lot of time, but sketches already look great at a certain stage, so I thought it would be a good alternative in terms of time and price.
Regular sketches are also available, all slots at fixed prices for both options. A highly efficient and quick offer — I’ll be thrilled to work on your commissions!
Thank you for your patience and understanding. I’m so grateful I can finally share some good news. I hope things will only get better from here—I’m really trying to break free from this state and feel like I can do it.
Looking forward to your commissions, and as always — sending you love and hugs! 💖
