Fardar's Terms of Service

By claiming an adopt, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

1. You must be over 18 years old to claim an adopt, especially if the design involves adult themes. Minors attempting to commission adult artwork will be banned permanently.

2. I reserve the right to refuse to sell adopt for any reason.

3. All communication will be conducted via FA notes, or Discord: fardar27, Telegram: kolesomaksov. I don't have any other accounts, so if someone will write you, using my name, but the tag will be different, it's not me.

4. After purchasing an adopt, I will keep the original psd file on my device for one month, then I will delete it.

1. Price for each adoptable is fixed and can be found in the submission description.

All prices are listed in USD.

I accept payment via Boosty, Hipolink and LavaTop (possible to with PayPal)

I accept holds, but no more than 2 weeks. I will send an unwatermarked picture of the adopt only when the full price will be paid.

2. Refunds are not available.

1. After purchasing the adopt, you get full rights on the character, and may use it for personal purposes, trade, gift, resell, change the design or gender. The only thing you can't is to claim the design as your own.

2. I retain the right to post the watermarked version of the adopt on my platforms, use it for promotional purposes, or include it in portfolios. If you wish to keep your commission private, this will cost 50% from the artwork's final price.

3. You may use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Use for commercial rights must be discussed be discussed separately and will include an additional price.

The commissioned artwork cannot be used in any AI training datasets, cryptocurrency projects, or hate-related content.
