You need to invest in Day Light Bulbs as it sounds like you have a form of SAD Seasonal Affective Disorder. They simulate sunlight as most lights do not ..... you can get them off amazon

Ah, SAD has different etiology than migraines. I get them all year round, just in the winter they're more common and debilitating, but that's most likely due to the weather patterns changing and changes in weather are sadly one of my triggers.

Migraines suck. My go-to is usually Excedrin, Mt Dew, and a nap.

Oh, I haven't tried that yet! But I also use caffeine. My neurologist adviced me to get a damn strong, unsweetened black coffee and add a generous amount of fresh lemon juice for vitamin C (the coffee shouldn't be hot at this point from what I understand) and drink it when the migraine is only just starting. It's gross af, but sometimes does wonders.
Still Excedrin and Mt Dew sound way more pallatable xD so I'm def gonna try it! <3

Sleep is my favorite cure for migraine

Ahh good for you! It's definitely the best one! I often go to sleep too, but for me it doesn't cure them, just helps me not feel the pain so intensly and makes me feel like the time to the moment when it goes away passes faster xD
