a while ago I changed commission methods to require using google forms. Seems that wasnt a good idea, as things seemed to get lost in the process. I'll rework commission methods again, and also bring back commission by journal. I plan to restart a round soon, either later tonight or tomorrow.

I think i saw yours. I sent an email but never got a reply back. Whatever the case, the old system seemed to work just fine, so I'll go back to that for now
