I've never seen more than 9 issues of EVER-CHANGING PALACE anywhere. I strongly suspect it's just a fandom rumor or the Mandela Effect or something like that.

I know I'd love to be proven wrong and learn that such a thing does exist, though.

I didn't think one existed either, but I've been hearing various fans talk about it for years now. Maybe it's fans wishing there'd been 'just one more issue'? I've had dreams about walking into a comic shop or used book store and finding a massive collection of 'unpublished' Xanadu stories by Vicky for a long time now.

I think Lex if he is still around would know. He was co creator of Xanadu and published ECP.
