SCAM WARNING !!!

Hi everybody. Last weekend, one of my customers made a refund. I wanted to find out the reason for this decision, but unfortunately I found out that his page on the FA was marked as spam by the administration, and all his messages were deleted. I wrote him a message, but apparently I won't get a response from him anymore.
After looking at his page, I noticed a lot of shoots from artists who, like me, received refund requests from him. And unfortunately for them, they have already completed their commissions for him. I was a little more lucky - I haven't started working on his commission yet.
The most annoying thing for me is that now my easystart account, through which I receive payments, is frozen until this situation is resolved. And it has my funds, which I expected to spend on paying the bills. But I have asked for support from my relatives and they have already helped me financially. So I'm more or less fine.
I sympathize with everyone who got into this situation. Perhaps one of you will help those guys from shoots and support them with a commission.

After it, someone told me to start using "Invoices", because there you can write a contract, my contract say clear it's a digital service and i'll not refund. Until there i didn't had more problems with scammers.
