Well, i'm keeping up to date with all my meds, including my regulars and new dosages.
60mg of Duloxetine is now 90mg, and yesterday I have to apologise to my Commissioners - I was Out Of Order during the day.
It hit me like a brick in the head and left me feeling fuzzy and confused. Very tired and I couldn't work under those conditions.
Today i'll start commissions, now I think I can balance things out.
Ugh, it might not seem a alot to some, but Duloxetine is one of my pain/anxiety meds so its kinda a new heavy on me.
Still getting there, but please have a little patience, didn't think it'll suddenly slap me into sleep-mode.
Apologies, today i'll keep energised and work on paid commissions. ^_^
