"Dee, it's still January."

I know....
But there's been stuff coming my way that's been hitting me like a truck...

I was all excited to do some new art this year, then BOOM!
My mom gets sick with appendicitis and had surgery to remove her appendix. Then I heard of news of my uncle being diabetic, surviving a high sugar level and that he recently had surgery on his heart... and he has prostate cancer (thankfully he caught it early but still)!
Not to mention both me and my mom are sick from some respiratory illness for a couple of days... it may be a virus going around.

I'm getting so tired of coughing and blowing my nose...
I wanted to work on so many new things in this year so I can help myself out and my family out... I can't give up though...
