What I do is: I put my work a google doc, then use https://twistedsnakes.com/project/story-export to get both a PDF and the FA bbcode. I upload the PDF as the main post, then copy-paste the bbcode version into the post description. I like this approach because it’s the best of both worlds and it lets me edit the version in the description whenever I want.

I also tell people to use double line breaks and no indentation when doing paragraphs on FA. It makes for easy reading especially on mobile.
