they've changed how they treat this alot in recent years. My father had it in his lower back and the military did surgery that went wrong and led to his medical retirement from active duty after 13 years in the service. Now days surgery is a last resort thankfully, hope the therapy helps you *hugs*

I was hoping at least might opted for once month addition of a shot or something but eh oh well. I’m going to file w local therapists see whom can take me. As specialists is way out in hulen I’d rather try stay local

Therapist might recommend it, they're always cautious about those shots cause they can cause more problems too. Everything has side effects :(

I would hope so. I probably am going to look around Monday at local places and get my options. They wanted me to go to their doctor, which is 30 minutes away. I’d rather try to go to one. That’s within to 10 minutes if I can.

No shit and I begged for a low lvl muscle relaxer n dr said no not till I at the least get my blood done so hoping tomorrow to go do it
