I’m Laika. I’m still figuring out exactly who—or maybe what—I am, but for now, I’m a Canaris: a humanoid space creature with dog-like features. My appearance might evolve as my character develops—it’s a work in progress, like everything else I do.
I’m a 30-something woman who loves video games, though I mostly end up chatting with friends while drawing or roleplaying. I’ve been part of the Bondage Club community for a while and recently got into nekos, cat girls, and all that fun stuff, which led me here.
I used to be active on DeviantArt, but the vibe there turned pretty hostile over time. I just wanted a space where I could share my projects without all the drama. I also dabble in BDSM-themed art and haven’t found many places where I feel safe sharing it.
I’m looking to find more friends and connect with people who have similar creative projects on the go. I’d love to hear about your ideas, especially if you’re into world-building or creating your own species or settings. Sorry, I don’t interact with minors.
I started making Howlites as a little side project, but it’s kind of consumed my life in the best way. What started as some simple adoptables has turned into an expansive world-building project, complete with lore and tons of ideas for the future. I’m even working on a lore book, which I plan to release as a PDF or ePub—maybe with illustrations, if I can make the time. In the long run, I’d love to turn this into something bigger. A game, a TTRPG, or even a community roleplay setting in a space-themed universe—it’s all on the table. Howlites are non-humanoid, space-faring creatures with unique designs, and I think they’d be perfect for collaborative projects.
