Profile and folder update advice?

I'm thinking of updating the tags and folder in my Gallery. Anyone got specific recommendation for how I should divide my work? Also, what are some things I could do to update my profile? Please let me know in the comments!
As for the profile itself, you currently basically use it as a public friend billboard, which doesn't tell us much about you.
