Yeah underscores are the best option for sure, allows you to be much more precise both with finding stuff and looking for it

Honestly, it just kinda sucks that the space for keywords on FA is so limited. In a perfect world, I'd probably be tagging, say, anal vore (in some alternate universe where I'd ever be uploading such content) with both "anal_vore" and "anal vore" just for the sake of thoroughness, but the character limit would have me choose...
