Stardew is a great game. Mods will add more to it for sure. Good luck with this third round. Hopefully it won't be so bad.

I have my sense of taste which is a nice change. Because the last 2 times I had it, I couldn't taste a darn thing for weeks.

Yeah, I'm putting in Stardew Valley Expanded and Ridgeside. Plus several quality of life mods too.

I've had Covid three times, but only the first time did my taste go away. That was a weird experience, eating some fritos and realizing there was no flavor. Trying some other things really put that point home. Blergh.

And unfortunately, i was in the middle of doing the Expanded stuff when I suddenly got back into WoW. And yeah, my addiction to it destroyed everything else. :D

I decided to treat myself to some Chinese food one night. Because I wasn't feeling the greatest and the very first bite I had of some sweet and sour chicken, I could taste absolutely nothing. And that's when I realized, and then I did the ultimate test for me, and that was to eat some sesame seed oil, which I absolutely ate. And tasted nothing.

As this isn't your first rodeo, I don't need to tell you what to do to get through it, but do take care of yourself, ok hon? Too many of us have lost.. too many.. to this damnable virus. Stay safe and get better soon!

Funniest thing...I clicked on your profile owing to your comment on one of black-kitten's uploads, and I just happened to be listening to Starbomb's "Krobus is Hot" (had it cued up on SoundCloud) when I peeked at this journal (cause it was recent).

...But I never played Stardew :D
