Life Update

Most of you have probably seen it already on Gordy's journal or elsewhere, but a couple of days ago my mom died after a long illness. I've got a good support system and I'm getting by (Gordy, Mettle, Raevild, and Radasus especially have been amazing) but for the moment I'm still feeling pretty broken. Part of the horribleness was just it seemed like she'd beaten it, but it just came back in force as soon as the chemo was done. Cancer is shit like that I guess.
But anyway, I'll be back sooner than later. One of the best things to do is just live your life. I'll need a few more minutes, but I will <3

It's getting better each day but yeah, cancer is always universally the worst experience there is. Hope things get better for you too <3

Never does seem to get easier.
She's in a place where she doesn't have to hurt any more, and she knows you love her so very much. She'll watch you and even touch you every so often, when you need it the most because your heart is feeling low. Most Mom's are like that.. the amount they care for their loved ones is as infinite as the stars in our universe.
Please.. I know it's hard not to cry or miss her because she's gone.. But take comfort in that she did and still loves you and those you call friends and companions. She just doesn't have to worry any more about the world and it's problems that she had to face when she was with you.
All's the better.
She hasn't , nor will she ever stop loving you and letting you carry her memory in your heart.
