The higher swats might be harder, but less painful - for a while.
The guy is nude, save for the bindings keeping his arms from trying to change the situation and the humbler keeping him bent over. There might also be a gag. Lady's choice.
The gal is dressed however she pleases, and has the guy across her lap. He's getting light - and not so light - paddle swats to his humbler-bound balls. He's also getting much harder swats to his rump. Maybe there was some 'foreplay' of squeezing or that happens during little breaks. But it's mainly all about the paddling. Now, if she 'misses' (by chance or by choice (or 'chance' that is actually choice...)) and gives his trapped balls a good, hard paddle swat... well.. Ballz-A-Poppin'!
