[READ ME BEFORE COMMISSIONING] Beanie's Art TOS

‼️Before commissioning me, you must read and agree to my TOS and policy. This is so that both parties are happy and know what to expect. Refusal to follow will result in a blacklist‼️
- I have the right to refuse any order
- Payment must be within the first progress update
- Customer has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (i.e. eye color change, minor mistakes, etc.)
- When paying with different currencies, please make sure that it converts to the correct amount in USD!
- Customer can ask for a refund on orders with no progress for 1 week
- ‼️Communication is VERY important! I don't want to spend hours on a piece only to be ghosted. Emergencies are fine, just please make sure you communicate that to me! If I don't receive communication within 7 days, then your order will be refunded and I will no longer work on it.
- Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.
- Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. YOU WILL BE PERMANENTLY BLACKLISTED.
- Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space. YOU WILL BE PERMANENTLY BLACKLISTED.
- Do not send chargebacks after agreeing to the commission, this is fraud and will absolutely get you blacklisted!
- I will not work for queerphobes, anti-furries, anti-therians, trump supporters, nazis, xenophobes, ablests, sexists, and zoophiles. Basically, if you're a piece of shit, stay off my page.
My responsibilities as the artist
- I will always send updates and keep in touch with the commissioner. If there are delays I will always make sure the commissioner is aware and will get back on track as soon as possible
- I will try my best to stay within the set TAT (3-7 days depending on the piece). I have a strong work ethic and tend to work quickly, however sometimes the art may take longer than expected due to complexity, health issues, and personal life.
- I will fix any reasonable mistakes. Note that I won't do any major changes past the sketch phase, such as posing and lines.
- There is no fee for keeping the artwork private. If you don't want it public, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!
