[Trigger Warning] a sign of life from the foxderg.

Hello there,
to make things easy, I'm currently dealing with a lot of things, its either my chaotic mind, my lack of patients and or the lost of something I known for my entire life.
Please refrein from sending any kind of condolences, its not what I'm here for.
I'm here to simply get stuff of my chest, and if no one reads this, because no one ever reads journals on FA, then so be it, but if someone does read this well, have fun with the following:
Wake up! All this BS is nothing but a poor excuse for the lack of human decency, and I'm not taking this anymore.
Everywhere I look, there is nothing but cliché thinking, wannabe life coaches with a sick sense of humor, and a whole bunch of self-centered wannabe leaders who poison their followers with their idiocy. No one ever needed anyone to tell them anything to feel good or even how to live because, in their minds, it's the ONLY way.
This is nothing but wrong; it's nothing but a lie to make you think that you lack something so that they can sell it to you. You don't need to pay someone to make you feel good. People will try to make you think that way so they can be your false savior. And it's just wrong. You don't need beauty products to look nice. You don't need a certain brand of—insert any kind of lifestyle product here—to feel better or included in some kind of group. Life is not a club of some sort where you have to be included—or else. It's what you, and only you, make of it.
Don't waste your time following someone who wants nothing but your money—or even worse, your time. Your life is short enough already, so take this the way you want, but if you're not enjoying every second of it, you're wasting your existence by becoming a hollow, a shadow of what you could have become if you had thought for once.
Go and take a look in the mirror. If you don't recognize the person you see, it's not you but someone else. Learn to be yourself, learn to see the world with your own eyes, to think, and don't force yourself to become someone you are clearly not because someone else told you so.
You don't have to be athletic because someone told you so. You don't have to own a certain house, car, clothing, etc., to be someone. If you want to be training all day to maintain your body like a machine, do it. If you don't, grow a belly and be done with it. Your appearance doesn't matter to anyone but yourself. If you don't like it, change it. If you are tired, take a break, rearrange your mind, and take it easy. Otherwise, you will hit a dead end.
Take your time to breathe. Take your time to help yourself or to be there for others—not to apply your way of life upon them, but to be yourself.
If you agree with all this, that's good.
If you don't, okay—you do you.
If you hate this text and its author because you don't like the idea that others talk their mind—that's great because this means that I'm still me and not you.
Anyways, no matter what you think—if anyone ever reads this—have a nice day. It's getting late...

Just be yourself basically, don't let others guide your lifestyle, for they may guide you down the wrong path
All this makes me sad, but its feels right to point it out.
Sorry btw if this appears to be weird, some stuff happend and well I kinda feel like my mind is drifting apart, this is why I'm taking lots of time to do things in general and to see all this stuff around, like in society or the world as a whole,... is becoming more and more frightening by the day...
