Nah! Your art is very good. I'm not sure if it is the one I am thinking right now but you absolutely are in the level, or maybe more. Your characters look very dynamic and colorful. Your scenes are fluid.
There are a lot of different categories, however you would need to have completed a certain piece of work or have something that's ongoing in order to be nominated. People will also need to nominate one of your words in these categories first and if given enough suggestions, the awards people will add you to a list of potential nominees to vote for when the awards get underway.

So it highly unlikely for me.
As I said it depends on what you did and if you get enough nomination requests for your work. But I won't lie, unless you have a bit of an audience behind you, you won't get too far.
