Curious Foxes Entire Book Upload!!
So I wrote a book! But I have no idea how to plug a book, or finding a publisher or anything like that, so I think I'm just going to sporadically post each chapter daily/semi-daily and then you can just read the book for free.
I love artists getting paid for their work, and I think it's extremely good when full-time artists are able to live life without financial burden, considering how much they offer society. But I do get paid as a full-time artist. I am a singer at a theme park, and it makes me money, and I'm fairly comfortable. Writing is a hobby for me, in full earnest, and I think there's a lot of artists in the world that would greatly benefit from people's financial support, but I'm definitely not a priority in that regard.
So I just wanna share the thing I worked on, because it was fun to write!
The whole book is available on a self-publishing thing I found and also don't fully understand, and I think I get 4 bucks back for people buying the PDF for 7 dollars or something, Here's the link if you want it (https://books2read.com/u/bagOQQ ) but if you wait, like, maybe three weeks, you can just get the whole thing for free.
Honestly, I could just upload the whole thing right now. But I imagine people would see an entire book in one document being posted on here and finding it too time consuming to read, which is an entirely reasonable response in every way. Each chapter is fairly episodic, either way!
But yeah! If you like stories about queer furries living in a hidden magical society amidst the modern world (specifically in the Upper Peninsula in Michigan), check it out! We've got foxes with strange4 fungal magic (spoilers: it's my fursona), we've got foxes with a strange secretive mother who are on the run from a similarly strange shadow being, we have a hairless sphynx cat with a short temper, we have a wolf with an eyepatch. It's great fun!
Last note: Yes, I know I posted the first two chapters here already, but I think I edited them slightly, so they're (probably) different.
