Change in the way I do commissions

I knew this was going to happen, but I didn't want to do it :/
Normally I ask for the payment after I've done the lineart / coloring, but there has been 3 times that I've gotten nothing and maybe been ghosted.
Because of that, I'll have to change the payment to before I do anything (unless I know you from a server or you've commissioned me before).
I really don't want to do it, because I like to have some work done before getting paid, but I don't want this to happen again.
So yeah, basically in the future I'll be asking for payment before I start drawing.

I understand that, I had two people ghost me on payments to me, so I switched to doing a extremely bland looking pose sketch then asking for payment before continuing, so far it's worked and the one time someone tried to ghost me all they got was a super barebones sketch!

Better safe than sorry sadly, even if all you gave was a sketch compressed all to hell some folks would still take it
