Hatchday and Updates!

It's my hatchday today, woooo! Officially late 20s, I suppose (I think that's how it counts).
I've been not posting or commissioning much on here largely because I've been without a job since August. I left of my own accord due to the ridiculous stress it put on me (mostly because of the material and coworkers, not the actual rigor of the job, funnily enough). That means I've been busy with my writing and also periodically getting stressed as fuck trying to hunt down any job opportunity in a scarce market. It's not fun, to say the least. Hopefully that will be over soon, though! No idea, and I don't know whether to be optimistic either about some good interactions and 'final interviews' getting scheduled. I picked a really stupid time to quit lmao.
Anyways, I hope to get back to working on my novel(s?) soon. I'm 2/3 of the way done with one of them and half with the other (though the second one here is def gonna get a heavy rewrite). No idea when I'll finish them if at all, but I'll sure as heck update you all if I do end up publishing anything.

sorry to hear that you have been struggling with finding work, I haven't been keeping up with ya so I was not aware it was that bad for you (at the previous place). I hope you will find something soon , job hunting is the absolute worst , I feel your pain and I've been through it before
