Uploading "problems"

I got many new art, why do i have such a big problem with uploading it? xD
It dont even take long to upload, but it feel like harder then drawing the pics.
maybe I just break my head about things like: "whats the best title","wich tag gets searched by the most users" and "maybe put a joke in the description, hopefully nobody missunderstands it"
Any artists here who think the same?
