Justifying My Job

Further governmental dickfuckery.
The PASS union sent an email to my personal account tonight. Usually I don't give these much attention; I read them, gloss over the message, and then delete it and move along. With the government basically being burnt to the fucking ground now in Washington I gave this a bit more of a look and it mentioned something about an email that everyone in the agency received.
Fat fucking load of good that does most government employees considering I don't work weekends anymore. Why would this be something that gets sent on SATURDAY?
Then another union email followed up containing a screen shot of the email in question.
"Please reply to this email with approx. 5 bullets of what you accomplished last week and cc your manager.
Please do not send any classified information, links or attachments.
Deadline is this Monday at 11:59pEST."
GoogleNews is equally a bit dire.
"Federal employees told to justify jobs in email or Musk says they face dismissal"
"Elon Musk says federal workers must justify their work — or resign"
There is no replacing this job if I lost it. There's no finding anything else that pays like this does. And there's certainly no ability to make staying in California a reality.
Guess I know what I get to look forward to come fucking Monday.
