STORY TIME: I got scammed thru PayPal

Dear followers, commissioners!
For the first time in my artist and creator carreer, I got scammed.
The fake account personated an artist which I wanted to pay out for a drawing which I won. This scammer had the same name and profile picture as what the artist had.
The conversation was okay at first , but at the moment I got a message from the REAL artist, the scammer said "It's okay. We can solve this problem don't worry..."
Some minutes later the real artist itself contacted me, while I was messaging with the 'scammer'.
Meanwhile I accidentally blocked the real artist because I thought they are the scammers...well it was the way around.
I contacted PayPal's support agent about this and they said I should contact the service which thru I sent the payment from with my card (my card was from a service I use daily.)
Some days later I got a message that my money can't be refunded...
So now I owe myself and the artist that money...
❗️❗️ ⚠ BE CAREFUL, CHECK IT TRIPLE TIMES IF THE PERSON YOU ARE SENDING PAYMENTS TO IS A REAL PERSON NOT A SCAMMER ⚠❗️❗️
❗️❗️ ⚠ ALWAYS CHECK THAT THE PAYMENT YOU SEND IS AUTHENTICATED (e.g to PayPal or other service!) ⚠❗️❗️
❗️❗️ ⚠ ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PERSON TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE TRUSTABLE AND NOT SCAMMERS ⚠❗️❗️
From now on I will write in every description of my commissions, adoptables, auctions etc WHICH WAYS and HOW you can send me payments and HOW YOU CAN CONTACT ME.
❗️❗️ PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE......ALWAYS, ALWAYS READ MY TERMS OF USE AND ACCEPT THE MENTIONED SECTIONS IF YOU WISH TO GET A COMMISSION❗️❗️
This way you can avoid such thing like getting scammed.

💸 Payments - UPFRONT and CURRENCY: EURO 💸

- I send you an invoice about the price of the order and a description about what you are paying for.
- Due to PayPal's high handling fees, I have to charge the customer a percentage of the transfer price.
