They are a bit expensive, but SAS shoes if you have a store in your area. We're talking about 200ish bucks for a single pair, but they measure you foot and have shoes that accommodate weird sizes like my double wide feet. So far the athletic shoes I bought are about 8-10 years old and I've only had to replace the inserts twice (about 20 bucks each).

However, it's a big ass spend and I know that, but proper sized and fitted shoes will help as someone that used to do similar work a long time ago. Before I got my SAS shoes I was going through a cheap pair of bad fit shoes every three months working for Walmart in college and shortly afterward.
