I personally try not to get too excited yet, since March has barely begun here
and there's always the chance of wintry weathers making a sudden comeback.

Last year snowfalls occurred here as late as May and there was no proper
spring at all. Immediately when the snowfalls ceased for good, summer began.
But if March this year goes on with constant spring-like weathers, it should be a good sign.

You can say it loudly, in fact it is only the first of March, but as we say in Italy:

"Marzo pazzerello guarda il sole e prendi l'ombrello"

Translatable as:

"Crazy March, the sun comes out and you grab your umbrella"

Grab your umbrella... pretty accurate at the moment, since the weather forecast shows rainy weather for the next week here.
