It's unfortunate that I'm put into this situation again, but due to quite a few hiccups from moving into this place and more, I'm $500 short on rent. I've yet to receive my security deposit from the old place, my heating still hasn't been turned on here, I'm getting double charged for utilities, all of this just.. Nonsense. I think I can sort it out, or at least, I'm hoping so. But, I certainly need some help.
