I honestly don't know what else to say about this other than I wish you the best.

We know it's been such a long time since we've spoken, but you're still someone we think about from time to time. We recall you writing a journal about being unwell about 3 years ago and we regret not extending our well-wishes then. We've been very aloof and dealing with our own life things (and health things) too, but we still care about how old friends are doing.

This, sounds quite horrible. :( It sounds like some of these ailments are related, but some are just...unfortunate isolated issues? Is your living situation maintaining alright, your diet? Or are those also causes to some of this, you think? It sort of sounds like you are very immunocompromised, and may have been for a while. Is there a path to recovery marked out with your care providers?

its safe assume from what doctors have said, my diabetes was he root of it all. as for recovery just dialyses and see things go. if need be id go on a list for a kidney

Gosh, diabetes really is no joke... We plan to get a bunch of medical tests done up after a big move, we may have it too tbh, as well as other problems... I hope dialysis can put you on a better path with all of this. Are both your kidneys completely shot, can one/both recover possibly, or are you likely to need a transplant at this point?

I'm hoping they can recover but I've no way of knowing this soon. And as far as I know they both are. I'd like to avoid any more surgeries if it can be helped x.x

That's understandable... We only had one surgery so far and that post-op was painful as hell.
