Tell me about a recent run-in you had

I had an unfortunate run-in with a colleague of mine. Fortunately I didn't let it escalate a lot and so, while we didn't resolve our differences, we agreed to disagree. It was more intense because, in a way, he was my boss, so I gotta stay within the lines that he defines. I still think my way is better, but this battle is not worth the whole engagement.

I refuse to lend her any more money, so she screamed at me over the phone, haven't spoken to her in weeks.
But you can't pick your relatives.
As is, I'm not the only one in my family who won't speak to her anymore.
